Reinforcements arc continuous throughout the flange face and hub. Bolt holes are drilled, spot faced, and resin coated 150-lb. Drilling pattern in all pressure ratings




		Fiberglass Nipples (3) Nipples are HLU Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic to meet PS-15-69. Nipples are produced to exacting requirement resulting in a superior void-free laminate and resin rich liner. Rressure Rating: exceeds 150 psi with 10:1 safety factor Reinforcement is continous throughout Construction: *Hand Lay-up* Resin: Hetron 922 100-mil nexus / c-veil liner NPT Threads




		Fiberglass Couplings Fiberglass threaded couplings are a hand laid-up fiberglass reinforced composite couplings. The threads are molded for added corrosion resistance, and much fewer glass splinters. This also allows the nexus and c-veil corrosion liners to be continued through the threaded areas. After the nexus and c-veil are laid-up, there next lay-up is wound glass to reinforce the threads, followed by a hand lay-up for improved corrosion resistance. The Century CC-Couplings are made in a number of different configurations to better suit your application. Also, custom configurations can be made if your volume warrants Century has more stock sizes and shapes of fiberglass couplings than anyone in the industry.




		Fiberglass Blinds CC-Blinds are hand laid-up Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic blinds for closing off flange fittings on tanks and piping systems. CC-Blinds are produced to exacting requirements resulting in a superior void-free laminate and resin-rich liner. Pressure Rating: 150 psi Meets or exceeds PS-15-69 Reinforcement is continuous throughout Construction: Hand Lay-up Hetron 922, MEKP & BPO-DMA 100-Mil Nexus/C-veil liner 150-lb drilling pattern Bolt holes are drilled, spot faced, and resin coated




		Fiberglass Bulkhead Fittings CC-Bulkhead Fittings are thermoset components designed for brine tank oil field applications. CC-Bulkhead Fittings have buttress threads for superior strength on the outside lock nut. CC-Bulkhead Fittings have all molded threads inside and out, for easier and more sure connections. CC-Bulkhead Fittings have a specially molded gasket to prevent leaks in tank side walls of various thickness. 		Fiberglass U-Vents CC - U-Vents are hand laid-up Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic to meet PS-15-69. CC - U-Vents are produced to exacting requirements resulting in a superior void-free laminate and resin-rich liner. CC - U-Vents are produced from standard Long Radius Elbows with the Radius equal to 1.5 times the ID.
